If there is no cancellation within 48 hours after purchased, we will start working on your order and aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days. Extra time may be required depending on the quantity ordered. It is advisable to place your order early to avoid delay in receiving the product.

Refund Policy

You may cancel order within 48 hours after purchased. Work on product will start if there is no cancellation. Refund is applicable for any defective product or if there is a mistake/ error made on our side. In order to ensure you are satisfied with your order, the picture of the final product will be shown to you for approval before dispatch. The product will be packaged properly to prevent any damage.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can still cancel your order within 48 hours after purchased. No refund will be given after 48 hours.The picture of the final product will be shown to you for approval to ensure you are satisfied before being dispatched. We will ensure the product is of tip top condition before shipping out. This is to avoid any need of returning. Should there be any cases of return product, customer is responsible for the shipping costs. You have 14 working days to return the product.As every piece of product is made to order, there won’t be any readily available stock for any exchange.
