You’re looking at it! CRAFT LA is all online, which is how we’re able to bring you a range of all artisan and crafters from all corners of Malaysia. So there is no physical brick-and-mortar outlet.

How do I track my order ?

How should I cancel or change order
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at email@example.com If your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.
Wrong shipping address
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to make a change to your shipping address. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.
What form of payment do we accept ?

Yes we do! International shipping is available . We provide shipping to all around the world.
For Oversea, standard shippingtakes 7-14 working days.
How long does shipping takes?
For local delivery, for Ready Craft estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
For Special Customize estimated crafting time for 7 – 10 working days.
I’m giving my purchase as a gift. Does my order come with gift box?
Yes. Each product will be individually packed in a gift box.
Refunds and Return Policy
1. Application for Returns/Refunds
Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund as stated in the Refund Policy on each seller.
Buyer will only be refunded after CRAFT La has received the confirmation from Seller that Seller has received the returned Item. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.
3. Communication Between Buyer and Seller
CRAFT La encourages Buyer to communicate with each other in the event where problem arises in a transaction. As CRAFT La is a platform for Buyer to conduct trading, Buyer should contact Seller directly for any issue relating to the Item purchased.
